Today I was accepted.

Earlier when I checked my email I was thrilled to learn that I had been accepted as a Photographer for two wonderful Charities, two totally different themes but both of them close to my heart.

It's a wonderful program for our Military families that are either in the process of Being Deployed, Already Deployed or are coming home. I encourage everyone to go take a look at their website and get more info, what is offered, to see if you qualify or to find a Photographer in your area.

I have always held a great respect for our Service Men and Women, my husband is ex-military, my recently passed uncle served in Vietnam, and I have countless other friends and family members who are Military men and women.

I am already listed on their Photographer Directory!

The Littlest Heroes, please go read about this Organization, A snippet from their homepage.

"The Littlest Heroes Project is a non-profit based organization founded in January 2008, made up of professional photographers nationwide that provide free photo sessions to our nations Littlest Heroes. This is our way of giving back and taking a stand for these children who sometimes feel forgotten because of their illnesses. We are here to let them know that they are heroes to many, and to share their inspirational stories and photos with the world.

If you have a child, or know a child, who suffers from any type of serious illness or life altering disability we are here to help. The Littlest Heroes Project provides you with a complimentary photo shoot for your hero and family. Please read the information on this site and be sure to contact us so we can help pair you up with a photographer from your area. The whole family ... Super Sibs and the Brave Parents are welcome to participate in the session as well! "
I have friends that have littlest heroes of their own, and while any illness is never easy to go through, seeing your child, or the child of someone you love and care for fighting for their life, or having a lifelong disorder to fight is not easy.

(I'll be listed soon on the Photographer Directory)

I am very much looking forward to working with both of these Organizations, I thank you for accepting me and letting me be a small part of two great Organizations!
